FEDERAL FACILITY SECTION

The Ohio EPA Federal Facility Section, (formerly Office of Federal Facilities Oversight, OFFO) oversees the investigation and remediation activities at federal cleanup sites in Ohio. The office provides cleanup oversight and facilitates environmental monitoring, emergency response, remedial actions and public outreach at Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Defense (DoD) sites in the state. OFFO is charged with ensuring the health and safety of the public and the environment through effective cleanup of federal sites.
